Reflexology is a massage technique that applies pressure to the feet, and this session pairs it with a foot soak, so the visit is about your feet from start to finish. It suits someone who spends the day standing or walking, or who wants something simpler than a full table session.
I keep the description plain because that is what the work is: attention and pressure on the feet, at a pace you set. It helps to mention anything new with your feet before the session begins, such as a sore spot or a recent injury, so the pressure can be set with that in mind. A short call ahead of time is a good moment for it, and the initial consultation costs nothing.

The Ion Cell Foot Cleanse Treatment is offered as a package alongside the foot soak. Three treatments are $120 and six treatments are $200. This page lists the name and the prices and nothing more. If you are curious about it, ask when you call to book, and decide after that conversation rather than before it.
Packages are priced by the number of treatments, so the one thing to settle ahead of time is whether you want three or six. Discount packages are available as well. Ask for details when you book.
Because the package is a block of visits, it is worth looking at your calendar before you choose. Tell me the weekdays that usually work for you, between 7 AM and 8 PM, and I will say what is open. If you would like to try the foot soak and reflexology session first and decide on a package afterwards, that is a perfectly reasonable order to do it in.
Chapter 03
Pairing the feet with a massage
A foot session can stand on its own or sit next to a massage. Massage sessions run 30 minutes for $50, 60 minutes for $100 and 90 minutes for $150. If you would like your feet looked after in the same visit as a 60 minute massage, say so in that first conversation and ask how the two can be booked together.
This is a one-therapist practice, so there is one person to talk to about all of it. Tell me which days suit you, whether you are interested in the foot soak, a package or a massage, and I will find a time inside the weekday hours.
