The services people ask for by name

Five pages, one for each. Start with the deep tissue.

Deep Tissue Massage

Slower strokes and more pressure, aimed at the deeper muscle groups once the soft tissue has been warmed up. More pressure is not the same as a better session, so the pressure is checked with you as the hour goes. Sports massage and trigger point work fold into this one for chronic or acute pain issues.

  • Work-Site Chair Massage

An ergonomically designed massage chair, brought to your office. Given clothed, billed by the minute.

  • Foot Soak and Reflexology

A warm foot soak, then reflexology. Ion Cell Foot Cleanse treatments are sold in packages beside it.

  • Ear Candling

A home remedy, not a medical procedure. Read the notes on the page before you book it.

  • Stress Management

Shorter, regular sessions for the weeks that keep winding you tight, starting with a free consultation.

Inside any session

Techniques used inside any session.

These are not separate bookings. They are the tools, and which ones come out depends on what you say in the first few minutes.

Swedish Massage
Long, flowing strokes with kneading across the large muscles, usually the base of a general full-body session.
Acupressure
Steady pressure held with the thumbs or fingertips on specific points of the body.
Reflexology
Small, specific pressure movements worked into the feet, often given after a foot soak.
Sports Massage
Massage that pays attention to the muscle groups a sport or a physical job leans on, offered alongside deep tissue work.
Trigger Point Work
Sustained pressure on one small, tight spot in a muscle, held while you say how it feels.
Pregnancy Massage
Offered. Mention the pregnancy, and how far along you are, when you book, so the session is planned around it.

Not sure which length

Ask first. The consultation costs nothing.

A few minutes on the phone about what is tight, what you do all day and how much pressure you like is usually enough to pick between thirty, sixty and ninety.
